Sound familiar?
Retire the patchwork.
Most solo florists run their business on five tools that don't talk to each other. Every quote means copying formulas, retyping prices and hoping the spreadsheet didn't break. Floral Admin puts it in one place, for about the price of a bunch of tulips a month.
- The Etsy pricing spreadsheet
- A Word quote you retype every time
- Invoices rebuilt from scratch
- Diary, notes app and WhatsApp
- A Canva mockup template
- One calm place instead.
Everything a solo florist needs. Nothing they don't.
01
Pricing that remembers
Set your markups, labour rate, overheads and wastage once. Pick the simple multiplier or the bottom-up method. Every quote uses them, and VAT only appears if you need it.
02
Two versions of every quote
Your view shows costs, markup and what's left. The client view is clean and branded, with no workings. Turn it into a deposit and balance invoice with your logo and bank details.
03
A schedule that thinks like a florist
Market run, prep day, wedding day. Add freelancers and addresses to each day, then see it all in your Apple, Google or Outlook calendar.

Mockups for your couples

The week, sorted
Thursday flowers. Friday prep. Saturday, the wedding.

Mockups · a first look
Show them the arch before you build it.
Drag cutouts onto a scene to show a couple how their ceremony could look, then resize, rotate and refine. Have a go below. This is a preview of a tool that arrives after quotes and scheduling.
Selected flower: arrow keys move it, plus and minus resize it, R rotates it, Delete removes it.
Drag flowers onto the arch
Cheaper than the spreadsheet you bought last year.
A one-off spreadsheet doesn't send a quote, raise an invoice or remember your week. Floral Admin does all three for a small monthly price, and it keeps improving.

A few questions
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. Most solo florists aren't. Leave VAT off and your quotes and invoices show no VAT at all. If you cross the £90,000 threshold, switch it on and every document updates.
Can my clients see my costs or markup?
Never. The client version only shows the prices you choose to show. Your costs, markups and margin stay in your own view.
Does it work with my calendar?
Yes. You get a calendar link to subscribe to in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. Google can take a few hours to refresh subscribed calendars, so it isn't instant.
Is this a florist shop system?
No, and that's deliberate. There's no till, no stock control and no online shop. It's for wedding and event work, and it stays small so it stays simple.
Can my clients pay through it?
Not yet. Invoices show your bank details for a transfer. Taking deposits online is planned for later.
What happens after the free week?
It's £5 a month, and you can cancel any time from your account.
